Issued on Oct. 27, 1976, this mint contemporary Christmas stamp features an 1855 lithograph by artist Nathaniel Currier. The lithograph, located in the Museum of the City of New York, is titled, "Winter Pastime" and depicts children playing (hockey ?) on a frozen river.
