Issued by the United States Postal Service on November 17, 1989 (first day of issue was held at "World Stamp Expo '89"), this mint sheet of four $0.90 imperforate stamps feature president Abraham Lincoln. The stamp design is based on that of an 1869 Lincoln stamp (also a $0.90 issue).

The actual size of this sheet is 83 x 108 mm (3.27" x 4.25").
