Sales tax applied to orders from the state of Colorado only (4.75%) Your credit card will not be charged until we ship your order International customers: If your purchased stamps can be safely shipped as a U.S.P.S. "First Class Letter," we will deduct $1.25 from the shipping charge listed on your order confirmation (via a reduction in charge to your credit card or a reimbursement to your PayPal account). When possible (determined by the dimensions and quantity of ordered items), we use 6" X 9" hard-board mailers; these mailers meet the First Class Letter rate specifications if the contents do not extend the thickness above 1/4" or the weight above 3.5 oz.
