These are semi-jumbo commemorative stamps (relative to the then "standard" stamp size) strikingly designed in "hot" colors. Price: $6.50   Item ID: OL21 13th Winter Olympic Games1980 Details  Featuring figure skating, this mint souvenir sheet was issued by Mongolia (on Jan. 20, 1980) for the 13th Winter Olympic Games. The 13th Winter Olympic Games logo is shown in the sheet selvage. The Games were held in Lake Placid, New York, United States of America, between Feb. 12-24 of 1980. This sheet has a retail value of $2.75 (Scott 2007 Standard Postage Stamp Catalogue, Vol. 4).
