The four interesting designs included with this unfolded booklet pane of 20 mint self-adhesive contemporary Christmas stamps depict a reindeer with pan pipes, Santa Claus with a drum, Santa Claus with a trumpet, and a reindeer with a horn (designed by Ethel Kessler). Issued for Christmas mail use on Oct. 23, 2003, the booklet pane is comprised of five copies each of the four designs.

This painting, located in the Art Institute of Chicago, was also featured on the 2002 traditional Christmas stamp- differences between these two issues include a larger image size for the 2003 issue (19.5 x 28 mm vs. 19 x 27 mm) and the year date located at the bottom left on the stamps.

Although most of the stamps are in good shape, expect a few to have faults (bent/creased corners, for example); we noticed this while setting up our collections of used Christmas stamps for scanning and this is reflected in our low selling price.
