Issued in conjunction with the 1992 Summer Olympics (Barcelona, Spain), this cancelled souvenir sheet features Magic Johnson of the Los Angeles Lakers guarding Michael Jordan of the Chicago Bulls as he attempts a lay-up. The sheet was released by St. Thomas and Prince Islands during 1992 and includes the Olympic emblem.

Issued by Nicaragua on August 10, 1990, this set of seven mint stamps advertised the upcoming 1992 Summer Olympic Games in Barcelona, Spain. The stamp designs feature the javelin, steeplechase, handball, basketball, gymnastics, cycling, soccer, and boxing.

This collection of 39 different stamps features both Summer and Winter Olympic Games. Both mint and cancelled stamps are included. Issuing countries include Hungary, Romania, East Germany, Liberia, Equatorial Guinea, San Marino, Bhutan, and others. Eight non-Oympics stamps, depicting soccer, will be added for free (total of 47 stamps).

Commemorating both the Winter and Summer Olympic games, this set of 87 different stamps (predominantly cancelled) includes issues from many countries, including Hungary, Romania, Malagasy, Guinea, Russia, Poland, Czechoslovakia, and Mongolia. Thirteen additional sports stamps (for a total of 100 stamps) will be included for free: these feature soccer and motorcycle racing. A good buy at less than 10 cents per Olympic postage stamp.

Issued by Guinea on Aug. 26, 1972, this set of nine, mint, imperforate stamps commemorated and promoted the 20th Olympic Games, held in Munich, West Germany between Aug. 26 and Sept. 11, 1972. The attractive designs include reflective gold-colored ink that does not show very well in our scanned images. Depicted sports are the javelin, pole vault, hurdles, hammer throw, boxing, vaulting, running, gymnastics (rings), and cycling. This mint souvenir sheet was issued by Mongolia on June 2, 1980, to promote the 22nd Summer Olympic Games. The Games were held in Moscow (July 19 - Aug. 3, 1980). The stamp features wrestling and the "Moscow '80" emblem. This sheet has a retail value of $2.75 (Scott 2007 Standard Postage Stamp Catalogue, Vol. 4).

The Games were held in Munich, West Germany, Aug. 26 - Sep. 11, 1972. The stamp depicts a female archer, while the selvage includes the Olympic Rings and the Munich '72 emblem.
